My journey into self sufficiency....

I am a single mom, raising a beautiful daughter. My daughter was diagnosed on the autism spectrum two years ago (aged two,) and this blog is my story, and my story alone.
This is the beginning of my journey away from fear, and towards us being self sufficient, and able to succeed, contribute, and find community in a world that was predominantly designed for neuro-typical people.
I hope that you will join me for the ride. It's mostly a joyful one, but I give you a heads up, if you're not a fan of curse words, this may not be the place for you. I can't promise there won't be any along the way.
